Every Sunday and Monday evening from 6pm until 8pm at Cafe d'Escalier, Chef Dean Hodkinson runs the Blaggers Banquet Cookery School. Open to all ages and experiences, Dean runs cooking classes that teach you how to cook French, English, Thai and Italian cuisines all with Dean's tricks of the trade and the classic L’Escalier twist and techniques. There is always food to take home and wine tasting through out the evening. The classes are £60 per head and early booking is strongly advised as there are always limited places available. Corporate bookings are also welcome. We hope to see you there!
